What a fun dress! I have worn it to a concert and received many compliments. I'm 69 and 5'3" and it's a little short for me so I can imagine that on someone taller it may be closer to a tunic, but with a pair of white slacks it would be beautiful! Planning on taking it to trip to Puerto Rico.
